This privacy policy is for this website www.jobansall.art (“the Site”) a website operated by Jo Bansall trading as The Flying Plum, 19 Coombe Lane, Bristol, BS9 2AF and governs the privacy of its users who choose to use it.
The policy sets out the different areas where user privacy is concerned and outlines our obligations and requirements and those of the users of the Site. This policy also details the way the Site processes, stores and protects user data and information. This privacy policy does not extend to any website that can be accessed from the Site including but not limited to any links we may provide in social media websites. We have no control over and are not responsible for the content of these websites.
What information will we collect from you?

If you complete a form or send us an email from the website, you will be sending us personal data and we will store and use it only for the purpose apparent from the form or email and for any other purposes for which you give your consent.

You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.

If you are a business, this privacy policy, its subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
